Villa Lieve Vrouwe was founded in 2025 by Pim and Saskia Govers and Marjolein Waals. The idea was born from a love for the monumental building, an interest in the hospitality industry, and a strong connection with Uden. After an extensive renovation, the villa once again shines in all its glory. Hostess Saskia welcomes you with a genuine smile and makes every stay a personal experience.

Villa Lieve Vrouwe breathes history. The building itself dates back to the eighteenth century, and the location tells an even older story. In the fourteenth century, a sacred statue of the Virgin Mary was found in a linden tree on Lieve Vrouwenplein. This discovery led to the construction of the Maria ter Linde Chapel, the foundations of which are still visible today at the Kruisheren Chapel directly opposite the hotel. And just a few metres away stands the Onze Lieve Vrouwe ter Lindeboom, a silent reminder of times past.
